Ordering and Payment
All orders are to be made via our website, online shopping cart and checkout.
Payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped.
We despatch goods after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of “Australian Guitar Timbers”.
Payment can be made direct into our account online, with Mastercard or Visa credit card or via PayPal.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if we believe there is significant risk of fraud or for any other reason.
You, the customer, agree to pay for the order in full and in the event that the original payment method is cancelled or withdrawn, you agree to pay immediately by an alternate method.
You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for hidden faults in any timber products we supply.
You agree that we are not responsible or liable in any way for any damage caused to an instrument by dimensional change in the timber products we sell.
Certain timber dusts can provoke severe irritation to the respiratory system, asthma, allergies and dermatitis and you agree to not hold us responsible for any ill health resulting in working with the timbers we supply. It is highly recommended that all precautions be taken to ensure your protection from any dust created during the use of these products including dust extraction, wearing a respirator or effective dust mask.
