Our shipping rates are calculated from the Australia Post shipping API calculator.
All orders are sent by mail.
Australian orders can be sent by either standard Registered Post, Registered Post with signature, standard Express Post or Express Post with signature.
International orders will be sent by Air Mail.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. “Australian Guitar Timbers” cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of an order in this case. Customs Policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and “Australian Guitar Timbers” will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. International orders will include an invoice with the full value for customs purposes.
Payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit).
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Credit card payments will show on your credit card statement as “Australian Guitar Timbers”.

When your order is delivered, please check all items immediately and make sure you are happy with them.
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your order to arrange a return of an item where the item is either not the product you ordered or is believed to be faulty. We will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost. Please inform us immediately by email to email@example.com and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges to return the item. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to items damaged during shipping. All items returned must be in their ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition or you will not be refunded or offered an exchange.
